Here's when you can begin to visit Prince's Paisley Park home

  /  09.20.2016

Back in April, it was reported that Prince’s Paisley Park home would be converted into a museum. But now we know just when we can begin visiting and what we can expect to see.

Rolling Stone reports that, come October 6, the compound will open its doors.

The site reports that the findings have been shocking, writing, “workers digging through its rooms have found an array of treasures: from vintage outfits (including the one he wore at the Super Bowl halftime show in 2007) to a book with 40 to 50 pages of handwritten lyrics and a secret room that hid unreleased video footage.”

It also reports that Prince left “detailed guidelines” behind for turning the home into a public monument, writing that the documents included “a wall-mounted timeline of his life through the mid-1990s and messages and texts sent to friends that specify how he wanted fans to walk through Paisley Park.”

Who’s heading to Minnesota next month?
