Kodak Black has been sentenced to 120 days in Florida county jail after pleading no contest to two misdemeanor drug charges, including a misdemeanor charge of possession of 20 grams or less of cannabis, and a misdemeanor charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, reports the Sun Sentinel.

The Florida rapper, born Dieuson Octave, won’t serve the entire four months, as he has been given credit for the time already spent behind bars.

Black was arrested in May in South Florida, where he was taken into custody for eight charges, all from last year, including armed robbery, possession of cannabis, and false imprisonment. The month prior, he was arrested for leading police on a car chase. Last month, Octave accepted a plea deal on charges that included possession of a firearm by a delinquent and robbery. He was to be sentenced to a year of house arrest and five years of probation on those charges and was set to be released from the Broward Main Jail. However, that deal was halted when two additional arrest warrants were discovered from St. Lucie City, Florida, and a warrant for sexual battery in Florence, South Carolina.

According to the report by Sun Sentinel, Octave is set to be released from St. Lucie County jail on November 30, but will still face the sexual battery charge in South Carolina. If found guilty, the crime carries a maximum of 30 years in prison. It is unclear when and if Octave would potentially be extradited to South Carolina after serving his sentence.
