As the Bad Boy Reunion Tour travels across the country, the surprises continue to pile up like the lines outside of Niketown on the weekend of Air Jordan releases.
Since the start of the tour last week, names like Chance the Rapper, Jeremih and DMX joined in the trek as guest stars. So when the show hit New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Sunday night (September 4), the tradition absolutely continued. The latest guest star to descend on Bad Boy’s greatest hits spectacular was Kanye West. Taking the Sunday crowd to church, West performed “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1” off The Life of Pablo, while Puff Daddy stood by as hypeman. “My idol, Puff Daddy, I love you bro,” praised West.
More surprises arrived during Faith Evans’ performance that night.
Faith Evans, First Lady of Bad Boy
As the First Lady of Bad Boy Records, the singer delivered the hits (“Love Like This,” “All Night Long”) and the classics (“Soon As I Get Home,” “I Love You”). Not before long, Evans took the time to bless MSG with a special surprise, which turned out to be a preview of a Jadakiss collaboration that is set to appear on The King & I, her upcoming duet album with The Notorious B.I.G. Check out the teaser below.
