Troy Ave held a press conference on Monday (August 8) in front of Irving Plaza to announce he is filing lawsuits against the music venue and Live Nation stemming from the May incident at a T.I. concert that resulted in the death of the Brooklyn rapper’s associated.

Accompanied by his attorney, Scott Leemon, and told media he wants his life to return back to normal following the past few weeks, which saw Troy Ave hospitalized, arrested and under court supervision until he appears before a judge on multiple charges.

The lawsuit is based on Troy’s allegations that the venue failed to search him or any of his associates.
