Slim Jxmmi and Swae Lee stopped by The Breakfast Club this morning (August 2), and the pair might have set the record for censorship, as their convo was getting beeped more than your local connect with a 911 code. Rae Sremmurd has a new album arriving August 12 featuring collaborations with Gucci Mane, Juicy J and Lil Jon, in addition to production by Swae Lee and Mike WiLL Made-It. Now, that was discussed in passing, and the conversation mainly centered around Jxmmi’s pink Gucci fur and matching goggles. “Every day is Saturday and every day I feel good,” he said. “I don’t care what the weather like ’cause I’m not outside every day.” The other half of the interview was about the brothers handling success, from how they spend their money to who they go home with. This was one for the books.

Here are some highlights, and do yourself a favor: Watch the full interview below.

On Slim Jxmmi’s stage accident

Slim Jxmmi: The glass went through my leg. TMZ wrote it was broke, so I ran with it. I was scared when it happened.

Swae Lee: I was scared when it happened because I had to continue the show. I went behind the DJ booth to just look at it, to see what really happened. It was sliced up.

Slim Jxmmi: You know what I told everybody? I’m hurt. So y’all better act like y’all feel great. ‘Cause I don’t free great. Y’all do the show. Bam. Sremm Life.

On Young Thug calling their Fader cover “sexy”

Slim Jxmmi: ‘Cause it is! Why can’t I look at my brother and tell my brother, “I love you”? Man, Charlamange, black is back. Aye, we fine. I’m so fine I can walk in any room and pull any bitch I want.

On their extravagant spending and putting money away

Slim Jxmmi: I been reading this book, The Richest Man in Babylon, and he throws 10% back. I’m throwing more than that. I grew up in the Bible belt, so religion is what it is. I’m saying, I’m not going broke. Ever. ‘Cause I came from being broke. I’m not ever going back. It say 10% back and I’m paying tithes in the strip club. That’s what y’all got to understand, too. Them girls need shit, too. I’m paying for their babies to go to school, I’m paying for their damn rent. I’m a good, man. I have a right to say what I feel to these women.
