The Prince tributes will continue to pour like purple rain.

After the word was made official earlier this past spring, Prince’s family have confirmed an October date for the late icon’s official tribute concert set for Minneapolis. As revealed by the Associated Press, the grand show will go down on October 13 at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Prince’s hometown. Tickets will go on sale next month.

“We are excited for the opportunity to bring everyone together for the official family celebration of Prince’s life, music and legacy, and there is no better place to do it than his hometown of Minneapolis,” said Prince’s family in a statement that was released on Thursday (July 28). “We are honored by the artists who will pay tribute and grateful to those that have worked so hard to make this celebration possible.”

The upcoming tribute show comes after BET shelled out an epic show in honor of the Purple One at the 2016 BET Awards. The tributes were also sprinkled at last month’s Essence Festival in New Orleans.
