Earlier today (July 14), the nominations for the 2016 Emmy Awards were announced, and Queen Bey earned a nomination, alongside Kahlil Joseph, for directing Lemonade, the hourlong HBO special that spawned the history-making and acclaimed album of the same name.
Beyoncé’s nomination is for Outstanding Directing For A Variety Special, but Lemonade went on to earn three more Emmy nods as well: Outstanding Variety Special, Outstanding Picture Editing For A Variety Production, and Outstanding Production Design For A Variety, Nonfiction, Event, or Award Special.
She’s twirlin’ on them haters.
The 68th Emmy Awards will air on ABC on September 18, 2016.
