A shooting in Downtown Oakland on Tuesday night (June 14) left up to six injured and one 16-year-old girl dead, according to reports.

Locals were gathered in the area for a vigil to honor the life of a drowning victim when gunfire erupted. Other reports suggest only four people were injured; all of the parties were taken to Alameda County Medical Center for treatment.

As of press time, the name of the victim or shooter has yet to be identified.
