The Weeknd To Headline 2016 Voodoo Music Festival

Supporting acts include Anderson .Paak & G-Eazy.

  /  06.07.2016

If you’ve been wondering why The Weeknd hasn’t been hitting the festival circuit—he didn’t appear at this season’s Summer Jam, Governors Ball, or Roots Picnic—look no further than the line-up for New Orleans’ Voodoo Festival.

Touted as a music & arts experience, The Weeknd will headline (as will Arcade Fire and Tool), with supporting acts including G-Eazy, Kevin Gates, Tory Lanez, DJ Mustard, Anderson Paak, and Mayer Hawthorne.

The festival will offer food from local & regional restaurants (including Louisiana specialty dishes, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options); hand-crafted items from dozens of art vendors; large-scale interactive art installations, a craft beer garden, carnival rides, and giveaways.

It all goes down Halloween weekend at City Park. Tickets are on sale now.
