Watch This Beautiful Proposal Unfold At Lightning In A Bottle
Andrew was willing to risk it all.
Lightning In A Bottle will change the fabric of your being. It will shed the layer of your past self and evolve you into a, well, evolved and bette- informed individual, one who vows to live in the present while remaining hopeful for what the future will bring. And then it will cause you to dance your ass off.
The five-day camping event, put on by experience creators Do Lab—who have remained a pivotal fixture on the west coast festival scene and at Coachella for the past 12 years—included stellar performances across three stages from acts like Chet Faker, Grimes, Guy Gerber, TOKiMONSTA, Josh Wink and more. Equally significant to the music roster is the notion of centeredness. Attendees from all walks of life, ranging from college students to art curators to hippie families and their adorable small children in search of a transcendental experience, came together to uncover the core of their humanity through speaker sessions, interactive workshops, tantric yoga and overall good conversation.
Upon our venturing of the festival grounds on Sunday afternoon, a young couple, Andrew and Shannon, who have been together for about three years and volunteer regularly together at LIB, were seen kissing under a heart installation; a location Andrew felt appropriate to propose to his girlfriend. What she thought was just a pose for a picture turned out to be the best day of her life! Watch the couple share their journey as a couple and talk about how Lightning In A Bottle has strengthened their relationship over the years in the video below.
