Brandon Wardell has the ever coveted balance of sincerity and sarcasm on lock, and he knows how to wild both appropriately.

The young stand-up comic and writer, lovingly dubbed “millennial nuisance” by contemporaries and noted archivists Jake Fogelnest (“Wet Hot American Summer,” “Fogelnest Files”) and Lance Bangs (“Flophouse,” acclaimed music video director and cinematographer), has had a thriving career since his devoted stretch of performances at the popular L.A. standup destination Meltdown, in addition to a powerful cosign from the almighty Bob Odenkirk (“Better Call Saul,” “Breaking Bad,” “Mr. Show With Bob & David”). This is not to say Wardell’s influential friends are responsible for his success. Wardell is obviously a busy guy, hosting Comedy Central’s Snapchat account, making TV pilots all over the place for Comedy Central, writing for Vice and performing stand-up gigs all over the country (befriending rapper Heems and many others in the process, too).
