Michl, “Die Trying”
California-based singer Michl has added another song to his catalog with the release of “Die Trying.” This alluring song comes after two equally-sublime tracks from the artist: “Kill Our Way To Heaven” and “When You Loved Me Least.” His music… his voice… is like a sweet lullaby. One that could put you to sleep or put your heart at ease. Even though the song’s lyrics take less of a sugar-and-sweet route, it is, collectively, a great composition.
“And we’re tired of hurting / will we ever get to the other side / don’t know, but I’ll die tryin” —Erin Ashley Simon

Clay James, “Southern Playa Shit” Feat. Messiah Da Rapper
Clay James is on his “Southern Playa Shit” with this new Messiah Da Rapper-assisted track. As a way to celebrate his recently-inked deal with DoggyStyle Records, James dropped this tune to let everyone know that the South still has something to say! “This is a game where many are called but few are chosen! The hustle is what will separate the contenders from the pretenders in the end!,” James said. Check out the Mazo Mystro-produced track above and feel free to purchase it on iTunes.—E.A.S.
