Justin Timberlake is bringing, well, he’s bringing himself back.

The crooner debuted his new record last night (May 5) at midnight, “Can’t Stop The Feeling,” from the soundtrack to the forthcoming animated film, “Trolls,” and presumably his new album.

In the clip that fronts the tune, JT is joined by the cast of the movie, including Gwen Stefani, James Corden, Icona Pop and Anna Kendrick, among others.

The groovy, Max Martin-produced song is features a bouncy synth progression and a lively snare with Timberlake delivering a soulful vocal performance. “I got that sunshine my pocket, got that good soul in my feet/ I feel that hot blood in my body, when it drops, Oooooh,” he sings leading up to the chorus. The track is available on Spotify, Google Play, Amazon Music, Apple Music and other retailers.

In a radio interview with Z100’s Elvis Duran, Timberlake said he has no idea when an album is coming, however, working on the soundtrack sparked his return to music making and ultimately the follow-up to 2013’s The 20/20 Experience will make its way to market.

“To be honest, working on this soundtrack inspired me to get back in because I was having so much fun making music for the movie that it kind of just started to bleed over and into maybe seeing what would happen if I were to make another record for myself,” he told Duran. The “Trolls” soundtrack is expected to have tracks by Ariana Grande and Stefani that Timberlake composed.
