For everyone who was trying to pin or compare Adele against Beyoncé, give it up. We already knew the UK powerhouse was a huge fan of Queen B, after a 2015 interview when she told TIME, “Anyone who knows me knows that my main priority in life outside of my child is Beyoncé.”

So if you interpreted her silence for any other reason outside of the fact she was truly “speechless,” you thought wrong. Gushing in an Instagram post and lauding the new Lemonade album, she wrote: “I’m not late on this I’ve just been speechless. Beyoncé is the most inspiring person I’ve ever had the pleasure of worshipping. Her talent, beauty, grace and work ethic are all in a league of their own. I appreciate you so much! Thank god for Beyoncé X.”

As for the two pop-icons working together, Adele (as well as the rest of the world) sure hopes so.
