One of the songs from Beyoncé’s Lemonade visual album that generated the most chatter last night was “Sorry,” a fiery track where B lashes out against a cheater and ends with a comment that he can “call Becky with the good hair.”
As the collection is a “concept album,” she could be portraying a character. Right? Well…
Most people the album has some semblance of autobiographical bent taken from B’s relationship with her husband—particularly that elevator incident between them and if it stemmed from Jay Z’s infidelity. At the time, the rumor was that his former biz partner Dame Dash’s ex wife, designer Rachel Roy, had too cozy of a relationship with Hov. Hence, Solange’s hands meeting Jay’s body.
Well, Roy added fuel to the fire with an Instagram post earlier this morning (April 24) with a caption that read “Good hair don’t care, but we will take good lighting, for selfies, or self truths, always.”
She added the hashtag #nodramaqueens.
Soon as she posted it it, the BeyHive stun, adorning her comments sections with emojis that included bees and lemons.
Roy has since marked her account as private.
