Bio: Influenced by Lauryn Hill, Billie Holiday, and Erykah Badu, Mickey Taelor has developed a sound all of her own. Immersed in the worlds of reggae and hip-hop culture, Taelor joined the band Roots Collective and began playing shows all throughout the Inland Empire scene. Since then, she’s has won the ears and hearts of people in various places across the world.

Mickey’s international presence has elevated since the Japanese release of her Hiigrade Vol 2 LP. With her newest body of work, Essentials, arriving very soon, Mickey Taelor plans to solidify her brand in the world of music.

“I want to bring the world my perspective of life,” Tealor said. “I’ve got a sound worth hearing.”
