Bibi Bourelly is ahead of her time. Packaged as an artist who opposes societies norms and revels in gaining steam as a new artist that demands to be heard, Bibi releases the video for her rousing pop-rock single “Sally.”

After premiering the song on Fallon for her TV debut, the visual comes courtesy of director Sebastian Sdaigui and features a host of Bibi’s artist friends including Little Simz and Jackie Cruz. All meant to represent “the Sallies that have freed themselves of hate, fear, and are comfortable in their own skin.” From strip clubs to the streets, the video showcases people from all walks of life and strife.

“SALLY, at his or her core, is someone who shakes off hate, negativity, and bad vibes and maintains focus and energy on what is most important for him or her,” Bibi’s website reads. “SALLY is an identifier for like-minded people coming together towards a common goal. SALLY is the modern day, genderless Rosie the Riveter, a symbol for a new generation of people.”

“Sally” is the latest single of her upcoming EP Free the Real, and follows her collaborative work with Usher and Nas on “Chains” and penning Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money.”
