When Queen Bey’s lightening strikes, nothing else matters.
Earlier this morning (March 31), the world experienced that proverbial clatter through Beyoncé’s presence on the cover of ELLE‘s April issue. In addition to appearing on the U.S. and UK edition of the publication, Queen Bey debuted the first official look of her upcoming Topshop clothing line, Ivy Park.
Bey’s surprise introduced the world to what some fans are already calling a “flawless” 200-piece activewear, which was created in collaboration with Arcadia boss Sir Phillip Green. Aside from the cover reveal, Bey released a video for the Ivy Park line via a two-minute YouTube clip.
In addition to all this big news, a click over at the interactive website for Ivy Park also teases what appears to be new Beyoncé music in the form of several instrumentals. This comes at a time when rumors are running rampant about a possible new album approaching as early as tomorrow.
Whether an album arrives tomorrow or this weekend, the world is aware of one thing and that’s Beyoncé Season is upon us.
Bey’s new issue of ELLE, which is said to feature “a rare in-depth interview,” hits newsstands April 6th with the Ivy Park collection available in stores on April 14th.
