Migo’s Offset was arrested yesterday (March 18) in Atlanta for driving with a suspended license.
The rapper’s lawyer Drew Findling told TMZ that he mistakenly believed the fine for the license, which was $316, along with failing to appear in court, had been paid for when he was incarcerated last year.
Prior to his recent arrest, Offset was released from jail in December, after spending about eight months without bail, for possession of drugs and firearm charges.
Following Thursday’s arrest, the rapper appears to have since posted bail, updating fans with this message earlier today (March 18) on Instagram:
