This past weekend, Major Lazer became the first U.S act to perform in Cuba after the thawing of past diplomatic relations between the Caribbean country and the United States.

The globe-trotting group built an “unprecedented cultural bridge,” as mentioned in their previous statement before the show, on Sunday (March 6) in front 400,000 strong at Havana’s Tribuna José Martí event space near the U.S. Embassy.

Diplo and the gang’s historic set happened to be a preview for Musicabana, the first international music festival co-organized by American and Cuban partners for over 30 years.
