Last summer, one of Texas’ most promising new stars Leon Bridges released his debut album, Coming Home. Humbly astonishing fans and critics, the album rode Bridges’ love for doowop blues and classic gospel and soul to the top of the charts. After selling out countless shows and taking his speakeasy band on last year’s festival circuit, Bridges went back to the studio to record five new songs to add to the compilation.
The deluxe version of Coming Home, features the five previously unreleased tracks he only performed live, including “There She Goes,” “Daisy Mae,” and down to “Outta Line.”
The Grammy-nominated singer has also announced his fall 2016 tour dates, kicking off in Burlington, VT on September 8th before concluding on October 2nd in Richmond, VA. As always, Bridges’ seven piece band will join him on the fall trek. Additional tour dates are expected to be announced, so fans should check LeonBridges.com for up to date information.
