Las Vegas police are investigating Chris Brown for battery over an alleged incident that occurred earlier today (January 2) at the Palms Casino. According to the Associated Press, an officer confirmed the disturbance happened at 10:20 a.m. this morning, however, there are no further details from police. Brown has not commented on the matter, as of press time.

Update: Brown and his camp have countered the claims in various social media posts where they connect with alleged victim with an incident that occurred with Jason Derulo when a woman claimed to be a part of his entourage but was turned away. It looks unlikely that Brown will be charged. Police have yet to comment further on the matter.
