We know Tip through his music and reality show on VH1, which highlights his family affairs. And if you’re familiar with the TV series, you’ve seen him drop a few gems of wisdom on one of his six children. But apparently Tip extends the inspiration to others in the industry as well.

Whether it’s one of his own respective crew members or industry colleague, Tip is the man who lends a helping hand and word.
