J. Cole continues to expand the roster.

Earlier this week, J. Cole surprised fans with the release of his new compilation tape, highlighting the artists on his Dreamville Records label. The nine-track EP Revenge of the Dreams II, features cameo work from Bas, Omen, Cozz and a couple new names, Lute and Ari Lennox. Shortly after the tracklist surfaced, the president of Dreamville, Ibrahim Hamad, took to Twitter to announce the latest label signees.

Ari Lennox, a soulful singer from Washington, D.C., had previously shared her vocals with Omen on his Elephant Eyes LP, before contributing to “Backseat” off the new project. As for Lute, the North Carolina rapper has been pretty quiet since his 2012 mixtape West 1996. Combined with Cozz, his presence further pockets Dreamville’s street-rap lane, and rounds out the underground circuit of the label.

Welcome to Dreamville Ari Lennox and Lute, we look forward to hearing more from you in the coming year.
