Chicago-based songstress Eryn Allen Kane, takes flight from her joint efforts alongside Chance the Rapper and Prince, for her recent solo recording. And it’s everything and more to impress fans of music. Following the release of her first major single “Have Mercy,” Kane has been quietly working on her debut project, and now the wait is over. The four-track effort takes on a crescendoing warmness, while transcending into a breakout ballad of beautiful chaos. It’s a translucent invitation into Kane’s thrusted passion and pain, with a coat of smoothly pinged soul melodies.
