BROOKLYN, NY—The weather was fair and the crowd outside the Barclays Center began to form early on Thursday (October 22). Meanwhile, attendees inside eagerly made their ways to their seats, of course only after grabbing a beverage from the concession stands. And for those who were late, well, they missed one hell of a show.

Fetty Wap, who was recently involved in a motorcycle accident, took home performance of the night (if not year) for being rolled onto the stage in a throne—yes, you read correctly. Clearly, nothing was stopping the “Trap Queen” crooner from taking the stage, with his leg propped up and draped in a Louis Vuitton scarf.

“This shit definitely feels different,” he told the crowd.

His entire performance reigned glory as he sung the hits we all know and love: “My Way,” “679,” “Again,” and the list goes on.

Following Fetty, the Barclay’s crew began building a set we could tell was going to make the next performance nothing less than stellar. It momentarily flashed Big Sean’s name as the crew finished. Moments later, what seemed like clouds, and a “dark sky paradise” filled the room. Show time.

Now, Big Sean had the best performance of all time insert Kanye rant here.

Big Sean’s “Dark Sky (Skyscrapers)” started off his performance. The energy was high. The crowd was ready. He followed up with hits off his recent release, as well as older tracks such as “Mercy,” and the “Don’t Like” remix, which only posed one immediate question: Where has Pusha T been?!

No, Pusha didn’t make an appearance, but his face did flash over one of the graphics during his verse. Sean jumped on the booth and maneuvered all across the stage while thanking fans for being supportive. Hashtag blessed.

Kendrick Lamar’s walk-off, however, is one to note for the books.

“They gon’ have to cut off my mic,” Kendrick rebelled as his set time ran. Not to mention yesterday also marked the three year anniversary of his sophomore album, good kid m.A.A.d. city.

Cameos on stage throughout the night included Rick Ross, 2 Milly, Natalie La Rose, K.Camp, Uncle Murda, A$AP Ferg and Nicki Minaj who stood off to the side to watch her man perform.
