The days of “Diss me and you’ll never get a reply for it” are long gone for Drake, who’s been on a tear as of late ever since Meek Mill got him “Charged Up.”

While the rap feud has died down since OVO Fest last month, at some point during his headlining set at the Landmark Festival in Washington, D.C. last night, Drizzy decided to let the “beef” simmer some more after the crowd callously chanted “Fuck Meek Mill!” To that, the “Back to Back” rapper jokingly replied, “Don’t worry, he’s dead already,” resulting in loud cheers from the audience.

Just a few days ago, Drake spoke on his “R.I.C.O.” collaborator-turned-foe with in the latest issue of Fader. In regards to the beef and his “Back to Back” performances, the “6 God” rapper said, “Nobody told you that this was a bad idea, to engage in this and not have something?…It was weighing heavy on me. I didn’t get it. I didn’t get how there was no strategy on the opposite end. I just didn’t understand. I didn’t understand it because that’s just not how we operate.” But with Meek’s recent IG tease of DC4, more of that “something” could be coming soon.
