Lana Del Rey, “Terrence Loves You”
Lana Del Rey is helpless after a loss on her latest cryptic track, “Terrence Loves You.” “I lost myself when I lost you,” she pleas over the drowning piano. “But I still got jazz when I’ve got I’ve got those blues.” The latest tease off Del Rey’s upcoming fourth LP Honeymoon, due September 18th, the song owes a huge debt to David Bowie’s “Space Oddity.” The singer also revealed the album’s cover art, which features Del Rey sprawled out on a “StarLine Tours” cab with the 1-800 Honeymoon Hotline number wrapped on the side. Chris Brown & Benny Benassi, “Paradise”
Following up their 2011 hit single “Beautiful People,” Chris Brown and Italian DJ Benny Benassi have unveiled their brand new collaboration “Paradise.” Four years since Brown’s F.A.M.E. album, the track brings back Benassi’s production artistry and Breezy’s musical range for a quintessential summer track. “In paradise, the closer I get to you it feels like paradise/And I’d do anything you’d want me to when we’re in paradise,” Brown sings. No word if the song will be placed or released on a full project, as Benassi describe the song on Twitter as a “demo.” Take a listen above.
BOOTS, “Aquaria” feat. Angel Deradoorian
Super, producer, journeyman and vocalist BOOTS has announced his long-awaited debut LP AQUΛRIA. Following his WinterSpringSummerFall mixtape and countless records for the industry’s biggest artists, the album is set for a Novemeber 13th release date through Columbia. BOOTS shared the title track, which features Dirty Projectors vocalist Angel Deradoorian, scanning as a mastered bouncy mix.
