Contrary to reports, Young Buck will not be facing jail time for a faked drug test.Back in May, the rapper was caught by his probation officer for reportedly faking his drug test. Although it was initially reported that Buck would face jail time for falsifying the court-ordered test, which would have resulted in the rapper getting charged with a felony, his lawyer tells ThisIs50.com that won’t be the case.
“I am glad that Judge Campbell agreed with our joint recommendation that Buck be sentenced to probation, a fine, community service and drug treatment,” said Scott Leemon, Buck’s attorney, to the website. “This was a fair result, most importantly, because Buck was spared any prison time and permitted to get back on the road to perform and make new music. In fact, he went right from court to go meet 50 on his Effen vodka tour.”
