After what felt like one of the longest worked-on projects in recent years, Adele is finally ready to reclaim her throne. According to Billboard, the UK powerhouse will release her third studio album in November via XL Recordings. So far not a lot of details have been revealed, but possible rumors point to collaborations with everyone from Ryan Tedder, Pharrell Williams, Danger Mouse and Max Martin, among others. The news comes after Ed Sheeran shared to Capital FM back in July that he hasn’t “heard [Adele’s album], but everyone [he] know who’ve worked on it is just like, ‘Dude…that record!’ Apparently, it’s really good.”
And we’re assuming ‘good’ is an understatement. In keeping with the theme of her previous two efforts, the album is rumored to be titled 25, and comes four years after her chart-topping LP 21.
Whether the date is secured or not, we know Adele has something in the works very soon.
