Earlier this week, Verzuz fans were treated to a virtual showdown between Fabolous and Jadakiss in the latest installment of the popular Instagram Lives series. While the next Verzuz opponents have yet to be announced, Juicy J has made it clear who he would be willing to go up against.

“I wanna do a Verzus battle wit Dr Dre no cappuccino,” the Three 6 Mafia co-founder tweeted on Tuesday (June 30).

Although some fans met Juicy’s challenge with hesitation, he reminded them of his producing accolades.

“I produced a lot of songs check my catalog shits long mane I’m greatful to still do what I love to do,” he tweeted.

Beyond his own and Three 6’s discography, Juicy J has also produced hits like Ty Dolla $ign’s “Hottest In The City,” Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hot Girl Summer,” Wale’s “Clappers,” Lil Wayne’s “Gunwalk,” Underground Kingz and OutKast’s “Int’l Players Anthem” and many more.

This isn’t the first time that Dr. Dre’s name has been brought into the hypothetical Verzuz ring. Back in April, Diddy revealed to Fat Joe that he and the Compton legend were “talking” about an East-Meets-West-Coast showdown.

“We’re definitely talking about it. You heard it here. You heard it here on the show,” Diddy told Joe on his Instagram series, “The Fat Joe Show.”

Verzuz co-founder Swizz Beatz initially floated the idea as a pay-per-view event.

We need Dr. Dre versus P. Diddy pay-per-view for the culture,” he said on Instagram Live. “Let’s bring the two kings in and give back to the people. This is a give back to the people.”

While Juicy himself hasn’t participated in a Verzuz battle yet, DJ Paul did represent Three 6 Mafia in a virtual face-off against Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony earlier this year.
