Cardi B is clapping back at haters who believe she isn’t being truthful.

During a sit down with radio host, Angie Martinez, Cardi B spoke about her involvement in the Me Too movement. In addition to that, the New York rapper recalled being sexually harassed while on a job. After her interview went viral, some fans suggested that Cardi’s story isn’t true.

“I BEEN TALK ABOUT THIS S–T BEFORE I SPOKE TO ANGIE even on my mixtape,” Cardi said in a since-deleted response on Instagram. “Truth is this ain’t nothing Far-fetch this s–t still and stay happening.” Towards the end of her message, Cardi stated, “A lot of you stay at home b—hes can’t relate but a lot do.I been in these streets and the streets ain’t Disney.”

The mother-of-one recalled the feeling she felt after being sexually harassed at a magazine photoshoot. “I will never forget how I went to shoot for this magazine and like the photographer, he was trying to get close to me,” the Invasion of Privacy artist stated. “Like, ‘Yeah, you want to get into this magazine?’ And he pulled his dick out. I was so f–king mad.”

She continued, “You know what’s so crazy? I told the magazine owner, and he just looked at me like, ‘So? And?’” she said to Martinez. “When I see the #MeToo movement, there’s girls from the ‘hood, I know they went through the same type of treatment. It happens really every day.”

In the past, Cardi explained that harassment happens a lot to video vixens. “A lot of video vixens have spoke about this, and nobody gives a f–k,” she said at the time. “When I was trying to be a vixen, people were like, ‘You want to be on the cover of this magazine?’ Then they pull their dicks out. I bet if one of these women stands up and talks about it, people are going to say, ‘So what? You’re a ho. It don’t matter.’”
