Megan Thee Stallion values strong, independent and powerful women.

In a report published by Variety on Monday (Sept. 16), Megan confirms that her next album will feature vocals from singer Kehlani. While attending Rihanna’s annual Diamond Ball last week in New York City, the Houston Hottie revealed details regarding her upcoming project.

“Yeah, I’m working on a new project and I have a lot of ladies on there, so just be on the lookout.” She added, “I can let this cat of the bag. Me and Kehlani have music together, and I love her.”

Speaking of upcoming tracks, Pimp C’s widow, Chinara Butler, confirmed that she has verses reserved for Megan. “And I’m hold on to a couple of Unreleased verses of #PimpC just for you!!!! Get’em #TinaSnow #HotGirlOfTheYear!!!! #Yessssss #texasgirls #TrillQueenTalk #megantheestallion #LongLiveThePimp,” she wrote to Instagram.

In the past, Megan has been quite vocal regarding her love for Pimp C’s music. Growing up, Megan’s mother had Pimp C’s music in rotation. “I would get in the car and my mama would be playing Pimp C. I would get in the car every day after school and be like, ‘Mama, put on that Pimp,’” she revealed while speaking with Complex.

She added, “So I took it into being grown now, just still bumping him. He just made me feel so cool as a kid. I didn’t even understand what he was saying, but I knew it just felt good. I wish he was alive because I wish I could have met him.”

On the music front, things are going fantastic for Megan. Last week, the 24-year-old announced that she signed to Roc Nation management. “I would like to announce that I am officially a part of the @rocnation fam,” Meg wrote as her Instagram caption. “The grind don’t stop!”
