This is not a drill. At midnight (Aug. 2), Drake released a compilation album.

Yesterday (Aug. 1), Drake announced the release of his latest project, Care Package. The compilation album includes popular songs that never made it to any of his albums. “Available Friday on all platforms. Some of our most important moments together available in one place. Care Package,” he wrote as his caption.

The tracklist for the LP includes hits from over the years including “Dreams Money Can Buy,” “How Bout Now,” Trust Issues,” “Days in the East,” “Draft Day,” “Club Paradise,” “Girls Love Beyoncé,” “Paris Morton Music” and more.

Although the project features previously released tracks, fans couldn’t help but express their excitement. “Listening to Care Package and getting in the feels like I’ve never heard any of the tracks before,” one user wrote.

“@Drake drops a #carepackage with all the bangers we been scrubbing YouTube for eternity and it’s a new enough release to f–k up all ya album sales on a 6 hour notice,” another user wrote.

Earlier this week, Drizzy made a public service announcement that he is cooking up a new album. While posting to his Instagram stories, Drake admitted that he was unable to listen to new beats due to a connection issue.

“Can the mayor of Pickering set up some stronger wifi towers so @boi1da can be able to send all his newest beats?? Trying to cook up. Thanks,” he wrote to his Instagram stories.

This weekend, Drake will host his ninth-annual OVO Fest. For this year’s lineup, attendees will see performances by B2K, Mario, Pretty Ricky, Ying Yang Twins, Chingy, Bobby V and Lloyd. The performances will take place on Sunday, Aug. 4. As for the event’s final night, Aug. 5, Champagne Papi will take the stage.
