More legal trouble for the Charlotte rapper.

DaBaby has found himself facing even more legal trouble. As reported by TMZ on Thursday (July 4), the rapper has been served with his second lawsuit in less than two weeks.

According to TMZ, this lawsuit is stemming from an incident during which a fight broke out prior to a scheduled performance. As previously reported, after a fight broke out between DaBaby's entourage and local opening act Don Trag, the latter of whom suffered injuries that sent him into a coma, the Charlotte rapper left the premises.

Due to the situation escalating, DaBaby chose not to fulfill his end of the agreement and didn't perform as planned, resulting in Nothing to Something Entertainment's decision to take legal action.

The promoters are suing him for breach of contract, explaining that the rapper has refused to work together to reschedule the show, which was originally suppose to take place back in May at Lawrence, Mass.'s Centro Night Club.

DaBaby previously said that he left the venue out of fear for his safety, which promoters understood given the circumstance. However, after attempts to amicably settle the matter and reschedule the canceled performance did not fully materialize into a solution, it looks like the matter will instead be worked out in the legal system, especially considering how promoters claim that DaBaby was paid up front for his performance.

As previously reported, DaBaby is also being sued by Don Trag, who claims the rapper should be held responsible for the actions of his security team, especially due to prior knowledge of their alleged "violent tendencies."

Don Trag claims the altercation took place due to wanting a picture with the rising artist, with the situation escalating from there. Trag claims that the incident never would have escalated in the manner it did if DaBaby had an adequately trained security team.

In related news, DaBaby is celebrating his breakout single, "Suge," officially garnering over 100 million views on YouTube.
