Fresh off releasing Fever, her debut on 300 Ent, Megan Thee Stallion is in high demand.

The Houston native is currently making her press rounds to celebrate the project’s release and subsequent success–it debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200–including making a long-awaited pitstop on “Sway in the Morning.”

On Wednesday (June 5), it aligned for the H-Town Hottie to appear on the show and, in true form to its reputed format, deliver a freestyle for those tuning in.

For her first appearance on the show, hosted by music industry veteran Sway Calloway, Megan showcased her ruthless freestyle skills over the instrumental to Tupac’s “Hit ‘Em Up,” even spitting out her gum to make sure she delivered at the best of her already proven ability.

“First of all, I ain’t sorry for a motherf–king thing / Standing ten toes hard down on anything I say / And I got these b—-es mad at me because they know I’m hot / And I got you haters sick ’cause I’m everything you not,” she spits.

While the freestyle skews on the shorter side, she packs a lot of punch into her bars and garners a genuine reaction from Sway. In addition to her lethal freestyle, Megan also opened up about a slew of topics during the interview portion of the show, touching on women empowerment, her career highlights and putting on for her community in Houston.

“One common thread throughout all her projects is she got bars,” Sway shared, bigging up his guest. “She got a skillset. I listen to the patterns. I listen to the melodies. I listen to the wordplay. She got vocabulary.”
