The venue for Nipsey Hussle's funeral service will have to accommodate all the people he impacted during his lifetime.

On Friday (April 5), TMZ reported Hussle's family members are in the progress of selecting the right location to lay the late rapper to rest. As of now, The Forum in Inglewood, Staples Center in Downtown L.A., and the Hollywood Bowl are all being considered viable options for family, friends, and fans to pay their respects to Hussle who was tragically gunned down in front of his clothing store on Sunday (March 31). The family reportedly passed on smaller venues because they are anticipating a "massive crowd" and need a venue that can hold up to 15k people.

Sources close to the family has also revealed the Victory Lap rapper's funeral is expected to take place within the next two weeks. Hussle's family is expected to honor his legacy of giving back to the community by choosing a venue that would allow everyone to mourn his death in one setting.

In related news, Hussle (real name Ermias Asghedom) received a heartfelt tribute at Staples Center ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers game on Thursday night (April 4).

"Entrepreneur, rapper, and community activist Nipsey Hussle tragically passed away at the age of 33," the announcer began, as heard below. "From his work within locals schools, creating businesses in L.A., and promoting better life choices, Nipsey had a lasting impact on bettering our entire Los Angeles community. Please join the Warriors, the Lakers, and the entire NBA family in a moment of silence for the late Nipsey Hussle."

LeBron James was also spotted wearing a shirt with Hussle's image on the front and his music was played during the Lakers pregame.

Hours earlier, Hussle's alleged shooter, 29-year-old Eric Holder, was charged with murder. He has entered a not guilty plea and is represented by Chris Darden, the same prosecutor who rose to fame during the O.J. Simpson murder trial in the 1990s.

After learning of his representation for Holder, Meek Mill denounced Darden on Twitter late Thursday evening. "As self hate continues in the black community #housenigga," he tweeted. "We at war with the system and the streets!!! #forevernip," he added.
