Nipsey Hussle will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park today (April 11), but before then the beloved rapper will have a memorial service, dubbed a “Celebration of Life,” at the Staples Center in Los Angeles beginning at 10 AM local time.

Fans who were unable to snag tickets to the event will be able to livestream the service on BET network as well as for free on BET News’ Facebook page and Tidal.

As previously reported, Hussle’s service will be followed by a 25-mile funeral procession around his hometown. His casket will pass through several landmarks in the city where the late rapper felt most connected to during his lifetime, including his Marathon clothing store located at the intersection of Crenshaw and Slauson Ave.

On Sunday (March 31), Hussle was tragically gunned down outside his retail store while he was reportedly helping a friend recently released from prison. His death certificate listed the cause as “gunshot wounds [to] the head and torso.” The document also revealed the Victory Lap rapper died 35 minutes after the shooting.

LAPD apprehended 29-year-old Eric Holder shortly after putting out a call to the public to help find Hussle’s killer. Holder has been charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He remains behind bars with bail set at $5 million and has pleaded not guilty.

Following Hussle’s untimely passing, the hip hop community has gathered together to pay tribute to the 33-year-old father of two. Several artists have also decided to postpone their musical releases this month out of respect for him.

As the world prepares to say one last goodbye and Hussle takes his final “victory lap” around Los Angeles, keep it locked here and watch BET’s livestream of his memorial service ahead.
