In addition to facing serious jail time in his federal racketeering case after pleading guilty to all nine charges this past month, 6ix9ine has now found himself at the center of serious allegations of physical abuse.
During an in-depth interview with The Daily Beast, Sara Molina, the mother of the rapper's daughter Saraiyah, details a series of incidents that allegedly took place during the course of their seven-year relationship. She recalls one incident in particular where she was physically beaten to the point she had trouble opening her eyes. The alleged physical abuse took place during an October 2018 trip to Dubai.
"He started to punch me again," Molina shared with the publication. "He started beating me for two hours straight. He had the craziest look in his eyes. I was scared. 'Why is he acting this way?' I had never seen him like that. He punched me so hard in my right ear, I thought I was deaf. My face was so swollen. It was so bad. I could barely open my eyes."
According to Molina, the incident occurred after the pair had an argument where 6ix9ine accused her of sleeping with his then-manager Kifano "Shotti" Jordan.
The 23-year-old also claims the rapper admitted to being a sex addict by saying that he had sex with "more than 70 other women in the past year, resulting in multiple pregnancies," and "had acquired multiple STDs."
"He put his arm around my neck and started choking me," Molina continued. "He said, 'I just have to make an example. I can't have you out there making me look stupid.'"
Molina goes to say that following the beating, the rapper fell asleep. "He woke up, forced me to have sex with him. I cried," she added.
In addition to detailing the alleged physical and sexual abuse in Dubai, she also described an incident that took place in April 2018 where the rapper beat her in a car in front of their daughter. Additionally, in August 2018, after she asked 6ix9ine about a stripper she suspected he had been hanging out with. "He dragged me by my hair and slapped me in my face," she said. This resulted in a black eye.
"Sometimes, it feels unreal that it feels normal to me because it's been going on for such a long time," Molina added during her interview with the publication.
While she did not report any of the alleged incidents to police at the time, she has since shared several photos of injuries that she claims were caused by the actions of 6ix9ine. The Dummy Boy rapper has never been arrested for domestic violence but previously, in 2015, he pleaded guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance. He avoided jail time in the aforementioned case. But, he's currently incarcerated on multiple counts of racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses and narcotics trafficking. According to Rolling Stone, he is facing 32 years to life in prison. His sentencing has been scheduled for January 2020.
At the time of this report, a representative for 6ix9ine has not yet issued a statement in response to Molina's accusations.
