DaBaby rear-ends a woman playing his music, gets it on tape

Keep those receipts!

DaBaby got into a fender-bender with a woman who was playing his song in her car. Of course, he documented the entire incident on his Instagram to make sure the driver wouldn’t sue him later.

“Okay look, I just ran into her car at the light. She said it ain’t no damage, it’s cool. I gave her a couple of these pink $50s anyway,” he said on the video, flashing the stack of cash he offered the other driver. “I said, it’s from DaBaby. She said, ‘I’m listening to your sh*t right now.’ I done ran into the back of her sh*t, while she playing my sh*t.”

The woman, who appears in the video, didn’t take the cash but replied, “It looks fine, or else... it looks great.” She later added, “Good thing I had your song on, that’s the only reason.”

As she walks back to her car, DaBaby continues to prove there is no damage to the vehicle in the clip.

“I have proof, you know. Look, no damage,” he said. “No finna flip around, it’s really for court baby. Appreciate you, you know. A n*gga have insurance but it’s really for court.”

It may seem a bit paranoid, but the “Suge” rapper is no stranger to lawsuits. DaBaby is currently counter-suing Nothing To Something ENTertainment for an alleged breach of contract pertaining to a cancelled show back in May at the Centro Night Club in Lawrence, M.A. NTS sued DaBaby back in July over the cancellation, claiming they had paid him upfront. However, in his countersuit, DaBaby insists he opted out of the performance because the promotor promised him two security guards and failed to follow through.

Over the past few months, DaBaby has been at the center of several fan-related altercations. Last month, he was performing the Prime Festival in Lansing, MI, when he fought a fan off after they tried to snatch his chain. Back in August, a fan hopped onstage while he was performing at the Val Air Ballroom in Des Moines, IA. The fan then got injured when another man—seemingly a security guard—wrestled him to the back of the stage. A Massachusetts rapper named Don Trag was also seriously hurt in a fight with DaBaby’s security, leaving him with injuries that led to a coma.
