Gucci Mane and Gucci have finally joined forces.

In a post uploaded to Instagram on Tuesday (Oct. 1), Gucci announced that his collaboration is “crazy.” Throughout several images, Gucci is seen rocking a million-dollar smile while representing the brand, of course.

“Proud to announce my #GucciCruise20 Collection with @gucci!!! Yo @alessandro_michele this collection is crazy ! #HarmonyKorine dope visuals! #ComeAsYouAre_RSVP campaign for the #GucciCruise20 Collection ITS GUCCI,” he wrote.

Although the details regarding the collection are kept to a minimum, fans are still looking forward to its release. Last week, rumors regarding an official partnership surfaced after Gucci Mane appeared front-row at the Italian label’s Spring/Summer 2020 show.

Understandably, Guwop has been making his name known in the fashion industry. During a conversation with Billboard, the 39-year-old reasoned that his style is influenced by his upbringing in Atlanta.

“I feel like Atlanta is the Mecca,” he began. “It’s the center. A lot of people are just influenced by Atlanta culture, period. I feel like the music is influenced by the streets. Atlanta has always been a dope culture, a trap culture, and that transfers to the music. That transfers to the fashion world. It all starts in the streets of Atlanta. It’s all about the dope boys and the trap boys. That’s what’s influencing the rappers, and the rappers are what’s influencing the culture.”

In addition to the news of his latest collaboration, Gucci Mane announced that his upcoming mixtape, Woptober 2, is releasing on Oct. 17. “Get ready for #Woptober2 coming 10/17 !!! #Woptober2,” he wrote as his Instagram caption.

Back in October of 2016, Gucci released Woptober. The 13-track mixtape featured guest appearances from Rick Ross and Young Dolph. Check out Gucci Mane’s announcement regarding his Gucci collaboration and Woptober 2. Congrats!
