After making headlines for declaring on “The Breakfast Club” and on social media that he had the biggest comeback of 2018, Soulja Boy is now realizing he has some competition.

In response to the rapper turned tech entrepreneur’s claim, Tyga came through with some receipts challenging Soulja’s bold declaration.

“Who had the biggest comeback?!” Tyga posed on Twitter, sharing a screenshot placing their Spotify numbers side-by-side.

As exemplified in the infographic graphics the “Taste” rapper shared, he garnered a colossal 884 million streams in 2018. Comparitively, Soulja’s numbers on the platform racked up to a still-impressive 98 million.

Tyga’s response soon caught Soulja’s attention, inspiring him to double down on his initial claim and big up himself for his business endeavors such as launching his own video game consoles.

“I HAD THE BIGGEST COMEBACK OF 2018!” Soulja responded on Twitter. “I RELEASED MY OWN VIDEO GAME CONSOLE IM THE FIRST RAPPER IN HISTORY TO DO SO!”

This recent back-and-forth on Twitter is not the first time the pair have traded shots at one another. The conversation regarding who had the more impactful comeback of 2018 first began to heat up about a week or so ago when Soulja got upset when fans began making the comparison between his accomplishments and Tyga’s.

“N—s up in here talking about Tyga. Tyga? Tyga?! Huh?” Soulja yelled at the camera during an unfiltered session on Instagram Live on Jan. 10. “Tyga had the biggest… Man, get the f—k out of here!”

He later addressed their rivalry during his appearance on “The Breakfast Club,” commenting that he’d be down to collaborate under one condition: Tyga had to admit that Soulja had the biggest comeback of 2018.

“I love Tyga,” Soulja said. “I can’t wait to do a record with him. But, at the same time, you ain’t have no biggest comeback, bruh.”
