Although his occasionally rampant social media usage makes it easier at times, Kanye West can still be a hard person to keep up with, especially as of late.

While some of his past tweets lean closer to manifesting future prospects than announcing firm plans, Yeezy certainly has some exciting things in the works.

During a surprise guest appearance at Open Mike Chicago Monday night (Sept. 17) alongside Chance the Rapper, West hopped on the mic to share a couple of exciting announcements.

First, that he's moving back to Chicago (and that he's "never leaving.") Secondly, he and Chano are releasing a joint album, to be titled Good Ass Job. After the appearance, Chance the Rapper doubled down on the news, sharing a clip of Ye sharing the good word on stage in his hometown.

Not only that, but Ye also announced that he is releasing a project on Saturday, September 29, cryptically tweeting "Yandhi" with an image that is eerily simile to his 2013 album packaging for Yeezus.

While it's a safe bet to assume the project could be a follow-up to the album, all fans have to go off at the moment is West's lone tweet and the confirmed announcement that on the same date, the rapper is set to appear on the season opener of Saturday Night Live.

Earlier today (Sept. 18), West's new collaboration with Lil Pump, "I Love It," debuted at the No. 1 slot on the Billboard Streaming Songs chart dated Sept. 22. According to reports, the song generated 46.6 million streams during its first week. Additionally, the track entered the Billboard Hot 100 at the No. 6 slot, doubling as West's highest debut since 2008's "Heartless" (No. 4).

See? Lots to keep tabs on. Between Kanye West's rumored follow-up to Watch The Throne with JAY-Z to his new project with Chance the Rapper and the possibility of a new solo album, Yeezy season very well could turn into a year round affair.
