Jorja Smith confirms release date for debut album, ‘Lost & Found’

The British singer is opting for a summer release.

Jorja Smith has been making a name for herself ever since she was a teenager, releasing her first single in January 2016 at the age of eighteen.

In the years that have followed, the British singer has certainly been keeping busy, collaborating with the likes of Drake, Stromzy and Kali Uchis, as well as earning her slot on nearly every publication's "must watch" rising artist lists.

While she dropped her Project 11 EP in 2016 and appeared on two tracks on Drake's 2017 project More Life, fans are ready and eager to better get to know the singer.

Too Short's music serves as the soundtrack for an early scene in his hometown of Oakland, Calif.

Much to the delight of fans, Jorja has officially confirmed a release date for her upcoming debut album, Lost & Found. Per the singer's announcement, the project will be arriving on June 8, days before her 21st birthday.

Recently, Jorja appeared on the chart-topping Black Panther soundtrack, lending her talents on the track, "I Am." She also took home the 2018 Brits Critics' Choice Award at the top of the year, further helping build the anticipation leading up to her first official studio album.
