In honor of Black History Month, Google Arts & Culture teamed up with Nas to analyze the long lasting impression of Black music and voice to the American DNA. "Our music has been a relentless advocate for our story, which plays a crucial role in the American narrative: Red, white and blues, baby," the Queens native shared in a compelling open letter for the platform, titled "We Continue to Rise." Also accompanied by a video, we find Nas reflecting on the rich culture that continues to thrive and empower us today.
