New Music: Janelle Monáe doubles-down on her return with equally impressive "Make Me Feel" & "Django Jane"

Prince-recalling funk and cockily-spit bars.

It's been over four years since Janelle Monáe's last album, but the singer has doubled-down on her return. She's dropped not just one single, but two from her upcoming LP Dirty Computer. And not just the tracks, but their accompanying videos, as well.

"Make Me Feel" boasts a Prince-recalling funk, and its neon-drenched visual (directed by Alan Ferguson, husband of Solange) co-stars Tessa Thompson as just one of Monáe's love interests. The singer finds herself quite literally running between the two objects of her affection.

For "Django Jane," Monáe switches gears and cockily spits bars. She and her girls are as regal as ever in its clip, donning suits, gold-tinged headwear, and remaining surrounded by riches.

'Dirty Computer' is due out April 27.
