Chicago's own Fredo Santana was officially laid to rest Saturday (February 3rd). He was pronounced dead in his Los Angeles home on January 19 after suffering a severe seizure.
(Though never confirmed, rumors swirled that the 27-year-old's death was caused by his addiction to lean, which eventually caused his liver and kidneys to fail.)
Though Fredo is gone, his legacy will live on forever in the hearts and minds of the people that knew of him and knew him personally. While on a recent visit to my hometown of Chicago, I met with a few locals to remember his impact.
R.I.P Santana Fredo we'll miss you!
