Kim Porter, known for her modeling and actress work, as well as for being the mother of three children alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs, has passed away on Thursday (Nov. 15).

As confirmed to Page Six, the model and actress was found dead in her Los Angeles-area home this afternoon. According to law enforcement sources, a 911 call was made as Porter was in cardiac arrest.

According to reports, Porter had been suffering from flu-like symptoms for several weeks now but it has not yet been determined what exactly caused her untimely passing.

“Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time,” a rep for Combs confirmed in a brief statement.

Porter and Combs’ relationship spanned more than a decade, with the two amicably co-parenting their three children, twins Jessie James and D’Lila, who were born in 2006, and their son, Christian Combs, who was born in 1998. Porter also had a son, Quincy, from her previous relationship with Al B. Sure!, whom Combs has treated as his own.

Our deepest thoughts and condolences go out to the friends and family of Kim Porter. Rest in power.
