Lil Baby & Gunna, Drip Harder
“Off White Vlone”: Lil Baby and Gunna kick off their collaborative project with a big bang by hooking up with Lil Durk and NAV, with all four spitters dropping ostentatious bars over production by Turbo.
“My Jeans”: As one of the more impressive songs, “My Jeans” pairs the duo with Young Thug, who turns in a show-stealing performance that ranks among the best on the album and contributes to the track’s replay value.
“Never Recover”: Tay Keith helms the boards on the LP’s closing selection, which finds the two getting added reinforcement from Drake, who reels off a standout opening verse that continues his streak of high-powered guest spots in 2018.
Sheck Wes, MUDBOY
“Live Sheck Wes”: As one of the first tracks on MUDBOY that catches the ear as an instant standout, the Cactus Jack signee walks listeners through his Harlem stomping grounds and his life prior to becoming one of 2018’s hottest new artists.
“Kyrie”: After his breakout hit “Mo Bamba” catapulted him to fame, Sheck Wes pays homage to another pro baller with this Redda-produced track dedicated to the current point guard of the Boston Celtics and one of the best players in the league.
“Fuck Everybody”: Sheck Wes gives all his detractors the middle finger on this brooding selection produced by YungLunchBox. “Fuck Everybody” captures Sheck Wes’ unbridled rage amid booming kicks, snares and guitar licks and is sure to incite a riot or two.
