Zaytoven, best known for helping pioneer the signature sound of artists such as Migos, Future and Gucci Mane, has made a new boss move, officially signing a partnership deal with the legendary Motown Records.

As reported, the venture will be in partnership with Zaytoven's own company, Familiar Territory Records.

The Grammy Award-winning producer shared the exciting news on his Facebook page, accompanying the announcement with the always appreciated declaration he has new music on the way.

"Zaytoven's prowess as a producer, songwriter and musician continues to have such influence and impact on music and popular culture, and his signing to Motown through his Familiar Territory Records will enable us all to experience his significant talents as a recording artist," Steve Barnett, Chairman and CEO of Capital Music Group, shared in a statement. "I couldn't be happier that Zaytoven is now a member of the CMG family."

The president of Motown Records, Ethiopia Habtemariam also added, "We're excited to partner with such an innovative artist and look forward to helping Zaytoven and Familiar Territory's vision come to fruition."

Back in April, the producer announced he was readying his debut album, Trap Holizay, revealing that he recruited the likes of Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, Migos, Future, Jeremih and Gucci Mane as featured guests. While we haven't yet been treated to more details, such as when to expect the project, Zay's recent announcement of his partnership with Motown definitely gives the impression his album will be arriving sooner, rather than later.

Many congrats to Zaytoven!
